About Emily

As a therapist, I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and the courage it takes to begin the healing process. I work with individuals 12 and older who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or other life challenges, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported and understood.
