Privacy Policy

There are laws in place to protect the information you share in therapy. You have the right to confidentiality and privacy. We take this very seriously. 

Exceptions:

1. 1. Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
   2. If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
   3. If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
      

Creative Healing Mental Health Center will do their best at keeping you informed and aware of the process should we have to make a report. We will be fully transparent in when we are needing to make a report. As a client of ours, we have your best interest in our hearts and will do whatever we can to ensure you are safe and comfortable.
