Answers to your frequently asked questions

Self-Pay

$150.00 per 60 minute session

Allows you the most flexible and confidential care. Insurance may create barriers to your care in that they may dictate things like the number and length of sessions. They also require you to be diagnosed with a mental health disorder; which can minimize your experiences.

Mental Health diagnoses also remain permanently in your health record. Insurance companies will also have access to know why you are going to therapy and what progress you are making. They have the right to audit your therapy files & notes and ask questions regarding your treatment. For these reasons and others, many prefer to pay out of pocket for mental health services.
